Tulum, Mexico

After hearing so much about it, I experienced it myself and came to the conclusion that would definitely go back to Tulum if I had the chance. It’s definitely a place worth visiting and fully enjoying! It has such a cool and relaxed vibe, awesome food and amazing beaches. All you need is a great company! And maybe some tips that I’ve put together for you.

IMG_2358-2Where to eat:1. El Mariachi

Whenever I travel, I always try to integrate into the local community. And what is a better way to do that if not through your stomach? Haha. But seriously. El Mariachi is exactly how you want to get to know the local culture. Make sure you try the nachos, fish tacos, vegetable quesadillas… and pretty much everything else. Just be careful when ordering, because the everything comes in very big portions, which my mum and I didn’t expect. Ended up spending an hour just trying to fill more food in. WAY.TOO.GOOD.

With a Menu that keeps changing every day, Hartwood is perfect for those who love fresh food cooked in front of their eyes.where to swim

1. Playa Paraiso

The most amazing beach I had ever been to. White sand and turquoise waters as well as fluffy palms. Heaven on Earth!

2. El Castillo at Tulum beach

Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, visit the Tulum ruins and swim next to the magnificent Mayan fortress and teleport 1000 years ago.

3. Cenote Azul

This is a once in a lifetime experience. Swim in the crystal clear waters of one of the most beautiful cenotes on the Yucatan Peninsula. Make sure to bring your snorkelling gear because you’ll most certainly want to play with the fish and admire the underwater beauty.

1. Coba

Definitely top on my list. The most beautiful experience I’ve had in the past few years. Coba ruins are located in the heart of the jungles, being there is such a peaceful experience. Make sure to rent a bike and ride it to the main temple.

2. Mayan Ruins

The stunning view that’s been going around social media platforms for quite a while, definitely worth seeing in real life.

Whenever I travel to a warm destination, loose flowery dresses are my favourite thing to wear! They’re just so comfy and so easy to pull off with any shoes and accessories… but the best part is, you don’t even need any accessories, looks just as good barefoot!

2. Crystal stickers as lip ring

Nose rings and lip rings have been such a big trend recently, but why not improvise with some beautiful face crystals?

3. Crop top & denim shorts

Such a classic combination. Works for every destination, from urban to tropical/beach. Make sure you pack the 2 as you’ll find them very easy to wear with pretty much everything.
