Seared scallops.

You will need:

Sea scallops 150 g.
Purple potatoes 230 g.
Butter 50 g.
Sour cream 2 tb.sp.
Shallots 40 g.

Heat a non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add oil. When the pan is hot enough, add butter. Add scallops and sear them about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Cook purple potatoes in salted water about 12-15 minutes. Peel it,than mash it. Add some butter and sour cream, salt. Combine. Sevre with some sea scallops and classic pesto.
