[With this I’m starting a new series of posts on my blog, sharing with you my favourite beauty/makeup/hair products, since this has been the most request topic from my readers lately.]
These products might look very familiar to you, even though they’re not being sold in the country you live in, or even though you’ve never used them before… but how come? Well, there is a very simple explanation and that would be – Instagram. Don’t laugh, but the sad truth is, I know situations when people only buy Aesop products just for the whole digital media fuss around it. I myself love the packaging, i think they’re one of the most beautiful products on the market. But since I’m not an Instagram flat-lay guru, I’m not in the need or position to buy them just based on the aesthetics.
In the past few months I have met quite a few people who have expressed to me their true love towards Aesop, and after reading online reviews, I decided it was time to try some (and damn would they be good for photos! though I haven’t yet taken any, and it’s been a few weeks…).
And since Aesop is my month’s favourite, I’ve decided to show you the whole selection I got, but the product I really wanted to share with you is the Facial Oil. I tend to put it on before I go to bed, since I don’t like oil consistency in general (I’m a nightmare for any masseur) and want to avoid actually feeling my skin oily and greasy. However, when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels so soft and most importantly, a lot more rested. And since my schedule has been super hectic with my trip coming to LA, that’s absolutely crucial for me.
Hope this was useful!
I’ll start sharing more of my beauty secrets with you guys, so would be good if you can leave me your feedback regarding what you’d want to know, and if it’s something interesting for you in general.
